The Italian language and lifestyle is authentic
The Italian language and way of life is authentic without the taint of mass tourism
Bologna is one of the most important railway hubs in Italy and from here in just a day (leaving in the morning, returning in the evening), students can visit Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Milan, Venice, Padua or Verona; in an afternoon to Ferrara or Parma, Rimini and Ravenna. It is also possible to go to the sea (Rimini, Ravenna) in an hour by train without needing to live by the sea, or a walk in the mountains (2000 metres up) on the Apennine mountains located between Bologna and Tuscany.
