Food or Eating
A list of restaurants with good food and reasonable prices is given to each student.
The students’ restaurant of Bologna University is close to the school.
It is possible to eat at home using the kitchen of the flat where you live.
2. It is possible to eat in restaurants and locals where Italian people meet and speak in Italian.
3. It is also possible to choose the half-board service. Some prefer this choice, even if the school does not recommend using it. It is very expensive and guests are not free to eat when they prefer, but have to follow the timetable of the family routine. Often the family consists of one person who lives alone, and therefore it is easier to speak Italian outside the home. Italian people spend a lot of time outside their homes, they take aperitifs in pubs or bars, and also coffee at breakfast time.
